The collection consists of floor plans and elevations for an automobile service garage for Abigail Thompson at 320 South Sixth Street (Mpls.,1916), heating specifications for the Jordan brothers residence at 2506 Grand Ave. South, in Minneapolis (n.d.), a watercolor rendering of an unidentified Presbyterian church (delineated by Floyd Brown, n.d.), and 84 3 x 4 inch black and white photographs of unidentified residential interiors.

Albert Van Dyck was born about 1867. He was in a partnership for one year, 1916, with Luther Twichell, served on the Executive Committee of the Minnesota Chapter of the AIA.
